Very impressed! We’ll be back! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I’m still in awe of how helpful the hotel staff have been especially Steven who drives the courtesy bus! He really did make our stay the most pleasant and comfortable trip! What a lovely surprise to be dropped off at the door of the nearby biggest shopping centre in Ireland by him and collected again and he even had our suitcases packed to help us get home easily as we were using public transport! He gave us a guided tour to help us get to know the area too and share all the local fantastic entertainment, shops, eateries and how to get everywhere! We had a lovely welcome with early check in. A delicious evening meal with a great kids menu & a lovely buzz feel! The children loved spending time with their friends in the reception area while we enjoyed a few drinks! The full irish breakfast and more was again delicious and as I’m gluten free I have to say I’ve never had a choice like it with everything clearly labelled! The rooms were lovely and clean, modern, comfy and had everything we needed including a bath & a fridge! Not knowing Dublin at all we were looking for a hotel close to the aquatic centre for a big event. The hotel staff were very helpful when I rang and emailed prior giving lots of very helpful information especially as we were travelling on public transport. We were able to get a direct bus from Dublin straight to the hotel door! After expecting to find just a bed at this location we have come home having had a fantastic visit having done soo much and great memories made! Next yr we’ll be staying here again! I had a pleasure to stay at Carlton Hotel during my recent extended business visit and my experience at Carlton hotel exceeded my expectations! During my stay, I had the pleasure meeting Steven who served as guest services and my daily bus driver. From the moment I arrived until my departure, Steven exhibited the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. His dedication to ensuring my comfort and safety did not go unnoticed, and I believe his exceptional service truly enhanced my overall experience at Carlton! I would like also note that food was very good (full Irish breakfast + continental options), room on 4th floor was very comfortable with huge bathtub (which I believe is standard) and quiet even during some big events happening through my long stay (wedding and christmas party). The neighborhood – Tyrrelstown – is nice and peaceful. Few big shops are very close to the hotel. There is a direct bus line to Dublin city center: 40D (single fare 2.60 euro) the ride will take about 40 minutes.

I had a fantastic stay at Carlton hotel! The hotel crew was excellent, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the bedrooms and toilets was impressive, making my stay comfortable. The food was delicious (I simply love Irish breakfast), and the added convenience of a bus service to nearby business parks was a standout feature. Steven, the driver, was a gem – kind, funny, and his presence made each day better. His helpfulness extended beyond driving; he contributed to a positive experience at the hotel lobby and restaurant. Overall, a delightful stay with outstanding service.

Through our whole trip this was my favorite hotel very friendly, very clean. Very helpful. Let us get breakfast and sit in the lobby until our rooms were done and then let us check in early. Front desk was very friendly and nice
